Mondays can be rough, but here are 7 tips we have compiled for making it through the morning a little easier.

 

7 Tips to Make Your Morning Better:

 1) Set an alarm, and don't hit snooze!

2) Hydrate! Drinking water when you wake up gives you an extra energy boost.

3) Prep your coffee/ tea or lunch the night before to save extra time.

4) Stretchhhhhhh! Spend 5 min waking up your muscles.

5) Find Natural Light- open your curtains or go for a quick walk.

6) Eat Breakfast- it boosts your metabolism.

7) Stimulate your brain- read, listen to a podcast or meditate.
