Merchandising Associate
Magenta Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional,
Merchandising Associate to join our team.
This position is responsible for:
• Setting up new customer accounts.
• Overseeing customer orders in their entirety, including
inventory planning, logistics and invoicing.
• Resolving problems quickly and fully to the satisfaction
of the customer.
• Building and maintaining relationships with our
customers through sales and customer service.
• Representing Magenta Inc professionally and courteously
at all times.
• Direct communications with international factory
and domestic warehouse.
• Highly developed skills in wholesale imports, comprehensive
understanding of freight bills and importance of deadlines.
Must be/have:
• A minimum of two years work experience in related
field.
• Proven ability with heavy call volume and a fast
paced work environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in execution is
critical.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Professional and strong customer service oriented
skills.
• Ability to mediate stressful customer service situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priority work functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A team player willing to learn and grow with our
department.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
The Merchandising Associate’s position offers a competitive
salary to start DOE. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week
position. Overtime may be required during busy seasons. Applicant
must be available for work between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We offer great benefits

Packaging and Marketing Design Manager
Product development company seeks creative and highly motivated
individual to develop and manage all in-house marketing
materials. Qualified individual will have at least 2 plus
years experience in gift or related industry. We work in
a very fast- paced environment.
Qualifications:
• 2 years of packing design experience
• 2 years of web design/ managing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HTML
• Good written communication skill.
• Attention to detail.
• Work independently as well as be a team player
• Ability to manage projects and deliver on time.
• Knowledge and understanding of standards and conventions
of artwork preparation, printing, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Working with designer and customer on packaging.
• Managing and updating website.
• Organizes and tracks all digital and hard copy files.
• Work with directors, photographers and printers
to create Marketing materials.
• Working with artists and directors to create presentations.
